What trainees say after completing their programs at Solace Training Academy, Primax Hospital, Sonipat.
Trainee feedback
The hysteroscopy hands-on was exceptional. I had done procedures before but never understood the anatomy the way I did after two days with Dr. Savita Gupta. The live case feedback was direct and exactly what I needed.
I attended the Gynae Laparoscopy & TLH program after 4 years of open surgery practice. Small batch meant I got to operate every day. I came back and did my first independent TLH within a month.
The faculty here actually operate daily — their tips come from yesterday’s OT, not last year’s textbook. Highly recommend for any gynae surgeon serious about minimal access.
Trainee feedback
The GI endoscopy course gave me more independent scope time in 3 days than I had gotten in 6 months of my DM posting. Dr. Nitin Gupta is an exceptional teacher — clear, patient, and technically brilliant.
I came for the colonoscopy skills program specifically. The volume of cases at Primax is impressive — I hit 15 independent scopes in the 3-day intensive. That kind of exposure is genuinely rare.
Excellent infrastructure and real case mix. The endoscopy suite is modern, faculty explain each step clearly, and the batch size of 6 means you are always involved — not watching from the back.
Trainee feedback
Dr. Nikhil Gupta’s technical precision is matched only by his ability to explain the “why” behind every move in the OT. I had read about Solace Training Academy and it exceeded expectations.
The basic laparoscopy program felt like 3 months of training compressed into 5 days. Port placement, camera work, energy device technique — all covered on real patients, not just box trainers.
Live OT cases, small group, practicing surgeons as faculty. That combination is hard to find outside the major metro centres. Solace brings that standard to North India.
Trainee feedback
As someone who had just joined a hospital with an SSI Mantra system, I needed to get credentialled fast. Dr. Vikrant Sharma’s proctorship program was structured, efficient, and recognised by SS Innovations. I was operating independently within 3 weeks.
The robotic orientation at Solace is the most practical I’ve attended. Console time from Day 1, real docking experience, and a proctor who explains the ergonomic differences between robotic and laparoscopic dissection clearly.
I came specifically for the robotic gynae module and left with the confidence to attempt robotic hysterectomy independently. The combination of simulation and live proctored cases is exactly right.
