Eligibility

Open to MS/DNB (General Surgery) qualified doctors and final-year residents. Foundation track requires no prior laparoscopic experience; advanced and oncosurgery tracks require documented basic laparoscopic caseload.

Day-wise curriculum

Day 1

Mesh & fixation technique

Mesh selection, fixation methods, anatomy review.

Day 2

Assisted live cases

Hernia repair assistance on live cases.

Day 3

Independent steps & review

Supervised independent operative steps, case-based debrief.

Certification

On completion, trainees receive a Solace Training Academy certificate of participation, signed by the pillar director, naming the programme, dates, and hours of hands-on exposure completed.
