Eligibility

school

Open to MS/DNB (General Surgery) qualified doctors and final-year residents. Foundation track requires no prior laparoscopic experience; advanced and oncosurgery tracks require documented basic laparoscopic caseload.

Day-wise curriculum

Day 1

Oncologic principles

Staging, multidisciplinary planning, margin assessment.

Day 2-3

Observed & assisted cases

Shadowing and assisting on live oncosurgery procedures.

Day 4

Case discussion & review

Case-based review and outcomes discussion.

Certification

On completion, trainees receive a Solace Training Academy certificate of participation, signed by the pillar director, naming the programme, dates, and hours of hands-on exposure completed.
